Division Controller

I'm working with an established construction contractor in Florida looking to bring on an experienced Division Controller . This is a senior finance position, working closely with operational leadership to oversee financial performance, reporting and cost control across the business. Responsibilities Oversee financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting. Manage month-end and year-end financial processes. Work closely with operations teams on project costs, budgets and profitability. Lead and develop the accounting function. Oversee financial controls, compliance and audits. Support senior leadership with financial planning and business decisions. Requirements 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial management. Background in construction, engineering or another project-based industry preferred. Strong understanding of job costing, financial reporting and budgeting. Strong Excel and ERP system knowledge.
