This is a hybrid position, not 100% remote. Salary Range: $63,000 - $123,000What we offer:Competitive compensation with uncapped earning potentialHealth benefits including medical, dental, and vision25 clinical hours per week for full time statusDedication to a team approach and atmospherePaid Time Off (PTO)401(k) MatchFlexible schedulingPaid Continuing Education timePay for administrative timeFree CEU creditsCredentialing, office space, and technology all included with employmentSupervision provided for free if needed for licensure requirements.Responsibilities include:Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy.For fulltime status, must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week or make as much as you want with more clients.Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community.Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.Required Qualifications and Skills:Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, Psychologist, etc.) preferred.Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes.Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation.Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience a plus).Ability to pass a background check.Authorization to work in the United States.About Ellie Mental HealthEllie was proudly founded by clinicians on the principle of destigmatizing mental health.
