Description This position is responsible for servicing existing clients and welcoming new customers to the agency while establishing a rewarding career with unlimited potential. The ideal candidate should be a goal driven individual who appreciates a small office and a fast paced work environment. Candidates must be motivated to provide excellent customer service, have outstanding communication skills, work well on a team and work under pressure with minimum supervision. Responsibilities Assist customers with policy questions and endorsements Handle new customer onboarding and follow agency processes Field inbound calls and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Confidently prepare quotes and present insurance products Communicate with managers and coworkers in a friendly & professional manner Follow all company rules and regulations Requirements Must have High School Diploma or equivalent Willing to obtain PA Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance License within 15 Days Willing to obtain PA Life Insurance License within 30 days Must be comfortable using a computer and tech-savvy Positive Attitude Excellent Communication Skills High Attention to Detail Ability to remain focused and strive to provide outstanding customer service If you believe this position is for you, I encourage you to stop by our office on South Richard Street in Downtown Bedford with your resume!
