Travel Physical Therapist - $1,957 per week

Job Summary TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a job in Villa Rica, Georgia. Position Details Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week; 8‑hour shifts Type: Travel Responsibilities Evaluate, develop, and execute a plan of care for a variety of patient populations in the acute care setting. Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians). Bill within the respective setting, following guidelines within settings for facility. Understand the respective PT board's rules and regulations, complying within respective state. Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure a team-focused plan of care. Understand adaptive equipment. Evaluate and create a plan of care. Modify plan of care as indicated based on patient's condition. Use Medical Center computer systems in performance of daily tasks. Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines. Qualifications Minimum 6 months of experience; new graduates encouraged. BLS certification. State‑specific licensing. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. Ability to stand and walk for long periods, as well as bend, lean or stoop without difficulty. 2 Years* additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment. Compensation & Benefits Pay package based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation). Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
