Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hr (Note: Pay info provided is based on existing details; competitive salary ranges available)
• Annual Salary Range: $500,000 $550,000 (based on experience)

What You ll Do

• Provide expert clinical care in Hematology and Oncology across the health system
• Lead and oversee a team of 40+ physicians and advanced practice providers
• Manage strategic growth and quality initiatives within the cancer program
• Collaborate with academic and research teams to advance cancer treatments
• Promote multidisciplinary team approaches to patient care
• Support outpatient and inpatient oncology services
• Mentor junior faculty and develop research initiatives, including clinical trials
• Maintain approximately 25% clinical practice time alongside leadership duties

What You Need
Required:

• MD or DO degree with completion of Hematology/Oncology fellowship
• Michigan medical license or eligibility
• Board-certified/board-eligible in Hematology and Oncology
• Proven leadership experience in an academic or large health system
• Experience overseeing faculty, clinical programs, and research initiatives

Preferred:

• Leadership titles such as Vice Chair, Program Director, or Division Chief
• Experience with Epic EMR system
• H1B visa support eligibility
