Master’s or PhD degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field.10+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or digital transformation roles with 5+ years in a leadership roleProven experience delivering AI/ML or advanced analytics solutions in manufacturing or industrial environments.Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and data ecosystems.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.Define and own the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for AI products supporting global operationsIdentify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases such as yield optimization, defect detection, predictive maintenance, and demand forecasting.Translate business objectives into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI solutions.Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, process engineers, statisticians, and IT teams.Oversee the development, training, deployment, and monitoring of AI/ML models in collaboration with technical teams.Monitor model performance and business outcomes, driving continuous improvement.Define KPIs to measure business impact (e.g., yield improvement, tool uptime, scrap reduction, cycle time).Communicate progress, outcomes, and risks to executive leadership.Ensure AI products comply with data governance, IP protection, security standards, and regulatory requirements.Manage a team of global operations AI product ownersFull timePosting Date: 2026-07-13
