Position Overview

\n

\n

VITRONIC Machine Vision is seeking a Senior New Client Implementation Manager to lead complex, high-impact new client implementation projects within our traffic safety and transportation solutions portfolios. This Implementation Manager acts as a bridge between strategic planning and practical execution, ensuring that all projects meet strategic objectives, remain on schedule, and adhere to budgetary and quality standards. This person collaborates with engineering, sales, operations, and customer stakeholders to translate technical and operational requirements into practical, scalable solutions. The Senior New Client Implementation Manager ensures that the client experiences a seamless transition from the project implementation phase to the live production.

The Senior New Client Implementation Manager will report to the Vice President of Traffic Operations.

\n

Responsibilities

\n

\n

\n
1. Serves as the primary point of contact during program implementation for municipalities, Departments of Transportation, and government agencies, providing transparent updates on scope, schedule, risks, and milestones.
\n
2. Defines and executes program implementation roadmaps, aligning priorities across engineering, product, client services, operations, and executive leadership.
\n
3. Leads multiple concurrent workstreams, including system integration, quality assurance, and client onboarding/migration for transportation and traffic safety enforcement solutions.
\n
4. Collaborates cross-functionally with project managers, engineers, architects, developers, QA, operations, and customer support to deliver scalable transportation technology solutions.
\n
5. Proactively identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks, dependencies, and compliance considerations throughout the program implementation lifecycle.
\n
6. Establishes and enforces project management standards, and reporting to optimize performance, transparency, and accountability.
\n
7. Oversees development of project documentation, training programs, and user materials to support successful implementation and adoption by government stakeholders.
\n
8. Acts as the central liaison between public sector clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication, regulatory alignment, and high client satisfaction.
\n
9. Leads change management efforts, evaluating impacts to cost, schedule, and quality, and communicating implications to stakeholders and leadership.
\n
10. Ensures successful transition of implemented transportation and traffic safety enforcement systems to operations for long-term support and service continuity.
\n
11. Drives customer satisfaction by ensuring deliverables meet regulatory requirements and exceed expectations of public sector clients.
\n
12. Conducts post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned, improve processes, and strengthen future program delivery.
\n
13. Champions agile methodologies and continuous improvement to enhance program delivery outcomes.
\n
14. Manages resources, budgets, timelines, and risk frameworks across multiple large-scale projects.

Minimum Qualifications

\n

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
\n
• Over 5 years of proven experience and ability to lead complex new client implementation projects from initiation to completion with measurable success.
\n
• Deep understanding and proven success with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
\n
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams of varying sizes.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in budget management, resource planning, and risk mitigation.
\n
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• Ability to facilitate harmonious business relationships across functions and at all levels.
\n
• Willingness to travel to customer locations and the corporate office as needed (up to 40%).
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification.
\n
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
\n
• Experience with traffic safety, automated photo enforcement, or technology-driven solutions.
\n
