Overview:
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment based on fulfillment tickets
- Verify product accuracy and inspect items for damage or defects
- Label packages and prepare shipping documentation
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand carts, or forklifts
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper counting and documentation
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
Skills and Experience:
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience a plus
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- Basic computer or handheld scanner skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and organizational skills
