Overview ePlus Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Representative to assist internal and external sales teams. This role manages the administrative responsibilities of the sales cycle, supports order management, and develops skills for career progression within the sales team. Responsibilities include managing purchase orders, resolving issues, assisting with quoting, and offering add-on opportunities to customers. The role requires strong communication skills, IT knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
