What You'll Be Doing

Depending on the opportunity, your responsibilities may include:

• Operating production equipment and machinery
• Assembling products using hand and power tools
• Inspecting products for quality and accuracy
• Packaging finished products for shipment
• Loading and moving materials throughout production
• Reading work instructions and blueprints
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Meeting daily production goals while working as part of a team

What We're Looking For

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and quality
• The ability to stand, lift, and remain active throughout the shift
• Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or mechanical experience is helpful, but many employers are willing to train motivated candidates.
