No previous insurance sales experience is required. We provide virtual classroom training, hands-on sales training, ongoing coaching, and professional development to help you build the skills and confidence needed to succeed.

This is an outside, business-to-business sales position where you will work within a designated territory, meet face-to-face with small and medium-sized business owners, and help them provide valuable supplemental insurance benefits to their employees.

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll work directly with business owners and decision-makers to identify their needs and present supplemental insurance solutions designed to help protect their employees and their families.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prospecting and developing new business within your assigned territory

• Meeting face-to-face with small and medium-sized business owners and key decision-makers

• Conducting business-to-business cold calls and follow-up activities

• Presenting supplemental insurance products and coverage options

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Following up with prospective and existing clients

• Scheduling appointments and client meetings

• Calling on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients for additional service opportunities

• Building and maintaining your own book of business

• Participating in scheduled team meetings and coaching sessions

• Managing your weekly schedule and submitting it to your sales manager

• Tracking and submitting daily sales activity and performance metrics

• Responding to client emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner

You don't need to have an insurance background to be successful. We're looking for individuals who are driven, coachable, self-motivated, and comfortable communicating with people from a variety of backgrounds.

• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Active Health & Life insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain one

• Licensing reimbursement is available

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional work experience after high school

• Candidates within 6 months of completing their degree may be considered

• Candidates with less than 4 years of professional experience may be considered if they have relevant or specialized outside sales experience

Full-time | 8-hour shifts
