Warehouse Clerk

Job Description Job Description A local client is looking hire a warehouse associate – As the Warehouse Clerk you will be responsible for the following but not limited to support daily operations. Some of the following duties include the
Key Responsibilities
Manage inventory control processes, including cycle counts and stock accuracy
Oversee shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing
Perform order entry, pick and pull orders, and coordinate shipping arrangements
Assemble products/components as needed to support customer orders
Create sales orders and coordinate delivery confirmations with customers
Coordinate logistics and freight (UPS, FedEx, LTL, etc.)
Maintain accurate and organized records of inventory and shipments
Utilize QuickBooks Enterprise for order entry and inventory management
Assist with additional warehouse and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications
Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
