Commercial Fleet Store Manager
Since 1948, Shrader Tire & Oil has provided truck maintenance solutions to many of the best and most successful trucking companies throughout the Great Lakes Area. Key Responsibilities:
This employment opportunity is for a person with an experienced background in truck maintenance and repair to be the Manager of our Fleet Service Center. This is a key position within Shrader and is designed to be a “hands-on, working manager” position with key responsibilities to include (but not limited to) the following:
Manage daily operations of the Fleet Service Center
Supervise and direct tire technicians and mechanics
Perform opening/closing procedures; key holder responsibilities
Provide customer service (in-person, phone, email)
Assist with repairs and act as lead mechanic if qualified
Oversee parts ordering, inventory, and verification
Ensure diagnostic inspections and final quality checks
