Hopedale Medical Complex seeks a full-time Admitting/Registration Clerk to welcome and register patients for hospital, clinic, and senior services. In this front-line role, you will collect and verify demographic and insurance information, obtain signatures and consents, verify coverage, and accurately enter data into the EHR. You’ll answer phones, schedule appointments, and coordinate with clinical teams to support smooth patient flow. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, comfortable with computers, and committed to delivering respectful, personalized service in a close-knit rural healthcare setting.
