Senior Storage Engineer

CMK Resources is hiring a Senior Storage Engineer to support a large-scale enterprise storage environment in Plano, TX.

The ideal candidate will be strong in Everpure (Pure Storage) technologies, with deep hands-on experience supporting Pure FlashArray and Pure FlashBlade . You'll also work with Dell storage platforms, including Isilon and Unity , in a complex production environment.

This is a great opportunity for a senior-level storage engineer who can independently troubleshoot issues, optimize storage performance, and provide hands-on support across business-critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise storage platforms, with a primary focus on Everpure (Pure Storage)
• Support and maintain Pure FlashArray and Pure FlashBlade environments
• Monitor storage performance, capacity, availability, and overall system health
• Troubleshoot complex storage-related issues and drive them through resolution
• Support storage configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and optimization initiatives
• Provide operational support for Dell Isilon and Dell Unity
• Partner with infrastructure, systems, networking, and application teams to resolve storage-related issues
• Help maintain a highly available, reliable, and scalable enterprise storage environment
• Identify opportunities to improve storage performance, efficiency, and operational stability

Qualifications

• Must be local to the Dallas-Fort Worth area and available to work in a hybrid environment in Plano, TX
• Senior-level experience supporting enterprise storage environments
• Deep hands-on expertise with Pure Storage technologies
• Strong experience with Pure FlashArray
• Strong experience with Pure FlashBlade
• Experience troubleshooting storage performance, capacity, connectivity, and availability issues
• Experience working within complex enterprise production environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve advanced storage infrastructure issues
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
