Customer Service Rep

Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Print Shop Job Summary We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join Northwestern Printer'steam. This position will be the first point of contact for many of our customers and will be responsible for answering phone calls and emails, assisting customers with their printing needs, entering and processing orders, and communicating with customers throughout the production process. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions and printing needs Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner Enter customer orders accurately into our ordering/production system Review orders for accuracy, including quantities, sizes, paper types, finishing, and deadlines Prepare quotes and estimates when needed Communicate with customers regarding pricing, proofs, production timelines, and order status Coordinate with the production team to ensure orders are completed correctly and on time Follow up with customers regarding questions or missing information Process repeat orders and help customers determine the best printing options for their projects Handle multiple orders and deadlines throughout the day Provide friendly, professional customer service from order placement through completion Assist with general office duties as needed Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable answering phones and communicating with customers Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software Ability to multitask and prioritize work Strong organizational skills Reliable and dependable Previous customer service, office, printing, or administrative experience is preferred but not required Knowledge of printing terminology and processes is a plus What We're Looking For The right person will be someone who is friendly, dependable, organized, and willing to learn . Printing can involve a lot of details, so accuracy and the ability to stay organized are extremely important. You don't necessarily need previous print-shop experience—we can teach the printing side to someone with the right attitude and customer-service skills.
