Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

We offer: Competitive pay: $12.50 – $24 per hour - based on experience Health benefits: Medical insurance Retirement: 401(k) plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible scheduling (day shifts, full-time or part-time, weekend availability) Professional development support, including RBT certification assistance What You'll Do Provide one-on-one support to children with disabilities or behavioral challenges Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to support academic, behavioral, and emotional growth Track and document client progress Collaborate with therapy team members and attend ongoing training sessions Create a positive, safe, and supportive environment where children can thrive What We're Looking For We welcome individuals who are caring, dependable, patient, and adaptable.
