Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care (LTC)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in a Long Term Care (LTC) setting. The RN will provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents by assessing patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, coordinating care plans, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and experience caring for geriatric and long-term care patients.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
• Minimum 2 years of recent Long Term Care (LTC) RN experience
• Current BLS Certification (AHA)
• Active RN license required at the time of submission
• Long Term Care fingerprinting (if already completed) is preferred
• Strong assessment, medication administration, documentation, and patient care skills
