Key Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy treatments to residents under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist in implementing individualized care plans in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Document patient progress and treatment notes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident rehabilitation goals
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Missouri
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation systems
