Molding Supervisor - 2nd Shift

MOLDING SUPERVISOR - 2nd Shift A family-owned company, Dynomax designs, manufactures, and develops high-precision machined components, injection molding and tooling, sub-assemblies, automated work cells, specialty machines, and machine tool spindles since 1986.The Molding Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating production and teamwork together with the production coordinator, molding technicians and molding operators on 2nd Shift. Will work with smaller tonnage Injection Molding presses and highly engineered materials such as Thermoset and Thermoplastics. Molding Supervisor Job Responsibilities: The Molding Supervisor will motivate employees to work together and accomplish work tasks Monitor department production, operations and quality to ensure standards and metrics are being met Direct and coordinate work tasks of direct reports Assist production as needed performing all functions and responsibilities of a molding technician Assist in hiring and/or terminating department staff in compliance to company policies and employment laws.
