This role partners across business, IT, and compliance teams to translate regulatory, operational, and platform requirements into actionable outcomes.The position supports data integrity, compliance readiness, delivery quality, and overall operational stability through proactive risk identification and resolution.Key Responsibilities: Platform SME & AnalysisServe as subject matter expert for Provider Directory platforms (e.g., QNXT, WPS, print directories)Analyze platform functionality and data to support business and technical decision-makingConduct gap analyses and assess impacts of regulatory or policy changesPerform data research and support internal and external inquiriesSupport audit readiness and regulatory review activitiesIntake & Delivery EnablementPartner with stakeholders to intake, clarify, and refine requirementsTranslate regulatory and operational needs into clear delivery inputsSupport requirements documentation, validation, and scopingCollaborate with Product Owners, BAs, and IT teams to ensure delivery readinessParticipate in Agile ceremonies (grooming, prioritization, etc.) as a directory SMETesting & Quality SupportDefine test scenarios and expected outcomes for directory changesSupport UAT preparation, including data setup and validationPerform or support production validation and release checksIdentify and coordinate resolution of defects, risks, and data quality issuesCross-Functional CollaborationPartner across Network, IT, Compliance, and Operations teamsProvide guidance on directory impacts of enterprise initiativesSupport leadership with analysis and decision supportRequired Qualifications5-7 years of relevant experienceAbility to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutionsExperience interpreting regulatory requirements and assessing operational impactExperience across requirements gathering, analysis, testing, and implementationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working in Agile environmentsStrong written, verbal, and facilitation skills, including presenting to varied audiencesAdvanced Excel and data analysis skillsExperience with healthcare data, directory systems, or similar platformsPreferred QualificationsMedicaid provider directory or managed care experienceExperience with QNXT, WPS, or print directory operationsBackground in compliance, audit, or regulatory analysisExperience supporting large-scale implementations or operational programsEducationBachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification. Anticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
