Associate Director, South Region - Field Reimbursement, Patient Engagement & Customer Solution (PECS)

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Associate Director for the South Region Field Reimbursement team to lead and manage a team of reimbursement managers across Texas, Missouri, and Louisiana. The role focuses on enabling healthcare providers and patients to access and maintain innovative medicine therapies through strategic collaboration and field-based leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, coach, and manage a team of up to 10 field reimbursement managers across the South region
• Execute regional strategy to maximize patient access and medication initiation across Neuroscience accounts
• Develop long and short-term strategic plans and ensure seamless execution of regional tactics
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Patient Access, Pharmacy Access, Medical, Market Access, and Field Sales departments
• Coach team members to leverage data and account management skills to proactively address patient access barriers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related graduate degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years healthcare business experience, preferably in biopharmaceutical market access or field reimbursement
• Knowledge of managed care, reimbursement principles, pharmacy benefits, prior authorization, and appeals processes
• Demonstrated leadership experience with proven performance in prior roles
• Valid driver's license and willingness to reside in or relocate to South region (Texas, Missouri, Louisiana)
• 3+ years of direct people management preferred
• Neuroscience disease state or therapeutic market experience preferred
