Full Stack Developer

Title: Java Full-Stack Developer
Location: Wilmington DE
Contract to hire

Minimum Qualifications
5-6 years of professional software development experience.
Experience developing applications using Java.
Experience building modern user interfaces with React and JavaScript.
Experience working with AWS or other cloud platforms.
Experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, and deployment.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing and building scalable, resilient, and secure distributed systems.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, application resiliency, and security best practices.
Experience working in large-scale, enterprise or corporate environments.
Knowledge of modern architectures and technical domains such as cloud computing, AI/ML, or microservices.
Experience contributing to architecture and design documentation.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, resilient software systems using Java to support continuous, iterative product improvements.
Build and deliver high-quality, secure, production-ready code, including synchronous system integrations and well-optimized algorithms.
Participate in system design, technical problem-solving, and production troubleshooting.
Contribute to application architecture and design artifacts, ensuring technical and business constraints are met.
Analyze and synthesize data from large, diverse data sets to drive continuous improvements in system performance and reliability.
Identify hidden issues and recurring patterns in data to improve code quality, maintainability, and system architecture.
Collaborate across teams and contribute to engineering best practices and communities focused on emerging technologies.
