Registered Nurse RN - Cardiac Catheter Lab - Part Time Day Location: Community Medical Center – 99 Highway 37 West, Toms River, NJ 08755 Pay Range: $46.90 – $63.09 per hour (New Jersey) Pay Transparency: The above reflects the anticipated hourly wage range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey. Compensation offered will depend on the candidate’s education, skills, and experience. Responsibilities: Organize and administer individualized, age‑specific professional care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterizations, percutaneous coronary intervention, peripheral angiograms and interventions, permanent pacemaker procedures, and neurological angiograms and interventions. Provide nursing care as directed by medical staff and in accordance with the objectives, policies and procedures of the hospital and the State Nurse Practice Act. Maintain the standards of nursing care as established. Participate in patient teaching. Participate in unit quality improvement evaluation activities. Use an understanding of the principles of growth and development to assess each patient’s age‑specific needs and provide age‑specific treatment. On‑call component with 30‑minute response time required; on‑call for weekends and holidays required. Qualifications: Graduated from an accredited school of nursing. At least two years of critical care nursing experience. Currently registered professional nurse in the State of New Jersey. BLS Heart Saver/Health Care Provider certification. ACLS course completion status. Completion of Intravenous Therapy course at Community Medical Center. Successful completion of all required orientation programs.
