Job Description A high performing Emergency Medicine team in the Myrtle Beach, SC area has an opportunity for an ER physician to join their team. Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician Equity partnership and exceptional growth opportunities available Department is expanding to meet demand 2 positions available Traditional ER - 12 hour shifts - 3 days a week with 4 physicians and APP covering 10 hour shifts Free Standing ED - 12 hour shifts - 3 days a week with 2 physicians/day and APP coverage as volume requires Rotations between both facilities are expected though exclusive FSED coverage may be considered No call responsibilities are required Shifts are structured to promote flexibility, ensuring a sustainable work-life balance EMR used is Cerner with Dragon Dictation for efficient charting Specialist Access - closed ICU with intensivist support, surgicalist coverage, and a robust network of specialists Low transfer rate and admission rates K-1/1099 compensation model offering higher earning potential and immediate access to full equity partnership from day one Strong hourly rate with RVU productivity Please refer to Job ID5140.aa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
