Exterior Wall Builder

Construction and assembly of exterior walls in accordance with required specifications. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform the required procedures of framing and paneling the exterior walls. Basic knowledge and the ability to use staple & nail guns, power tools, hand tools measuring devices, hoists and other equipment as required by the specific job. Build headers per print by nailing together with insulation inside. Cut jack studs to required length based on print. Put headers and jack assembly on table and nail together. Cut bottom sill plate and install in window assembly. Install insulation in-between studs. Glue and cover with OSB and staple in place. Glue and cover with sheetrock and screw in place. Raise wall into rack. Qualifications Education High School Diploma or better. Experience (Required) Basic knowledge and the ability to use staple & nail guns, power tools, hand tools measuring devices, hoists and other equipment as required by the specific job.
