Key Responsibilities\n

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of youth and their families, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster positive outcomes.

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, and develop individualized treatment plans based on established goals and progress measurements.

  • Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to meticulously document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring clarity and continuity of care.

  • Maintain adherence to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards, including all relevant codes of conduct and privacy regulations.

  • Participate actively in regular clinical meetings to discuss case management, share insights, and collaborate with other mental health professionals.

  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and maintain licensure, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily focus on serving a diverse population of young individuals who may be facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and other mental health concerns. You will be instrumental in providing therapeutic interventions that lead to enhanced emotional and psychological well-being, ultimately helping clients thrive in their daily lives.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).

  • An active and independent state license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to provide mental health therapy within Oregon.
  • \n
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a high-volume caseload setting.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of motivating clients and building rapport with individuals from varying backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Experience working with youth in a therapeutic setting, particularly in telehealth or remote environments is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
