Senior Analyst, Business Compliance

Position Summary As a Business Compliance Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing established compliance programs that promote ethical business practices, ensure regulatory adherence, and mitigate risk. This intermediate‑level position is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who brings strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills to a dynamic compliance environment. Responsibilities In this role, you will advance compliance and regulatory excellence by auditing and monitoring processes, maintaining precise records, and managing the full lifecycle of regulatory licensing filings—from research and preparation to submission and documentation, which may involve direct engagement with regulators and handling of sensitive, confidential information. You will conduct in‑depth fact‑finding and legal research on moderately complex matters, delivering clear, actionable insights. As a trusted partner to internal stakeholders, you will provide timely, accurate responses that support informed decision‑making and ensure alignment with compliance standards across the organization.
