Rental Sales Rep

Summary The Rental Sales Rep will have the responsibility of increasing profitable rental revenue by cold-calling, generating and managing rental leads for new and existing customers. The Rental Sales Rep will work closely with rental coordinators and Carolina CAT sales reps to develop and deliver solutions for customers. The Rental Sales Rep will develop valuable relationships with customers to increase rental revenue, increase market share and active accounts. We provide a company cell phone, laptop and access to top sales technology giving you the resources to succeed. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience A minimum of one year of outside sales experience preferably with construction equipment or related equipment Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred Strong planning, problem solving, and negotiation skills are a must Solid interpersonal skills Independent, team player with strong organizational skills CRM and Dodge Pipeline Mastery Equipment Knowledge Computer Skills Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and experience working with a CRM. The employee may occasionally be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; toxic or caustic chemicals; extreme cold; extreme heat and risk of electrical shock.
