Hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to work in a healthcare setting in Grants Pass, Oregon 97526. Contract: 13 weeks Schedule: Monday – Friday Hours: 40 hours per week Compensation: $2000 - $2025 Per Week Key Requirements Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care to restore function and improve mobility. Provide high-quality skilled physical therapy services and direct patient care in accordance with physician orders. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation of patient progress and treatment response using the facility’s EMR system. Comply with all state and federal regulations, facility policies, and professional ethical standards. Key Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT).
