Movers/Future Crew Leader Parma Heights, OH A to Z Moving is currently searching for Movers and a Future Crew Leader to help rebuild one of Northeast Ohio’s most respected moving companies. Growth Opportunities: Lead Mover- Often within 30 days Crew Leader- Often within 30-60 days Trainer- Often within 60-90 days Schedule: 35-45+ hours per week Typical start times are between 6:30AM and 8:30AM Full-time and Part-time opportunities available Work 8-12 hour shifts when necessary Busy season April-October Qualifications: Moving experience is helpful but not required Comfortable with stairs and physically demanding work Reliable transportation Smartphone with Gmail account Ability to communicate through Google Chat Positive attitude Professional appearance Drug-free while working Strong attendance and punctuality Physical Requirements: Lift and carry 75+ pounds repeatedly Push, pull, and maneuver heavy furniture safely Bend, kneel, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods Responsibilities: Safely move furniture and household goods Protect customer homes and belongings Load and unload trucks efficiently Work as part of a professional moving crew Communicate respectfully with customers Solve problems as they arise Represent A to Z Moving and Driving with pride Our Core Team Philosophy: The strongest members of our team understand something important: A great employee doesn't just take from a company.
