WHAT WILL YOU DO

The Multi-Asset Trade Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the full investment lifecycle by overseeing the post-trade allocation process, including corporate actions, proxy events, tax services, trade settlement, and reconciliations across multiple asset classes. The incumbent will play a vital role in protecting assets, minimizing operational risk, and supporting the broader investment mission. This position will proactively work with the Multi-Asset Trade Operations team, Investment Operations, IMD staff, and TRS partners. Corporate Actions Validates, reconciles, and processes corporate action events across internal systems and external sources (e.g., custodians) to ensure timely, accurate execution and effective exception resolution. Manages the full corporate action lifecycle- from announcement through election/entitlement, instruction, confirmation, and posting-maintaining appropriate audit trails and escalating issues as needed. Ensures Order Management System (OMS) is reflecting current, tradeable positions Proxy Management Tracks proxy voting events, ballots, and key deadlines to ensure timely review and execution. Supports vote reconciliation by comparing ballot instructions, custodian records, and proxy agent confirmations. Confirms votes are submitted accurately and documented in accordance with internal governance procedures. Partners with custodians, proxy agents, investment teams, and other internal stakeholders to resolve proxy-related inquiries and exceptions. Maintains supporting records to demonstrate compliance with proxy voting policies, governance standards, and operational controls. Tax Services Supports withholding tax processing by researching tax treatment, reviewing income events, and helping resolve withholding-related exceptions. Coordinates relief-at-source elections by gathering required documentation, validating eligibility requirements, and collaborating with custodians and internal stakeholders to complete submissions. Prepares and submits tax reclaim packages, including supporting forms, certifications, and other documentation required by markets, custodians, or tax authorities. Identifies, investigates, and escalates tax-related breaks, discrepancies, and rejected claims to ensure timely resolution. Trade Operations/Fixed Income Lifecycle Trade confirmation and settlement: Supports timely confirmation, communication, and settlement of equity and fixed income transactions across internal teams, trading desks, and custodians. FX order coordination: Submits foreign exchange orders to the internal trading desk to support international trade activity, income repatriation, and related liquidity needs. Position reconciliation: Performs ongoing reconciliation between internal systems and custodians to support data integrity, issue resolution, and operational control. Supports fixed income trades and position lifecycle events, including accruals, maturities, and factor changes, ensuring accurate bookings, cash flows, and reconciliations. Performs related work as assigned.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING

Required Education Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in accounting, finance, information systems or a closely related field. High school diploma or equivalent and additional full-time experience in investment operations, accounting, financial analysis, or related experience requiring compilation, reconciliation, and/or analysis of detailed information. or related experience may be substituted on an equivalent year-for-year basis. Required Experience Two (2) years of full-time investment operations, accounting, financial analysis, trade settlement or related experience requiring compilation, reconciliation, and/or analysis of detailed information. One (1) year of full-time experience with trade settlement or reporting of investment data, cash, securities and/or derivatives or related experience. Experience may be concurrent. A master's degree or doctoral degree in a closely related field may be substituted on an equivalent year-for-year basis. Required Registration, Certification, or Licensure None. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related area. Experience with SimCorp, and Bloomberg Experience with trade settlement or reporting of investment data, Fixed Income and Equity securities. Basic understanding of capital markets, investment securities (equities, bonds), and private markets (real estate or private equity) Basic understanding of investment accounting and investment performance measurement. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of Investment concepts, terminology, styles, models, strategies, and fundamental investment factors. Skills in Working in a Windows-based environment, including Microsoft Office (with advanced Excel functions and macros), database systems, reporting tools, and other business software. Conducting data research and analysis, evaluating large data sets, performing statistical analysis, and producing clear, accurate, and actionable reports. Effectively communicating and conveying complex technical information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, including the presentation of analytical findings. Being highly organized, with the ability to plan and coordinate work across multiple tasks and priorities, meet frequent or competing deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast paced environment. Ability to Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, agency staff, and external contacts. Operate within a continuous improvement environment and adapt to evolving requirements and priorities. Collaborate and contribute effectively within professional, collaborative environment.
