AudiologistThe Audiologist provides comprehensive hearing and balance care to patients across the lifespan. This role focuses on hearing evaluations, diagnosis and treatment of auditory disorders, hearing aid services, patient education, and culturally competent, patient-centered care. The Audiologist will work collaboratively with medical providers and community programs to support hearing health and overall wellness.Conduct comprehensive audiologic evaluations, including hearing, balance, and middle ear functionDiagnose hearing loss and auditory disordersFit, program, and maintain hearing aids and assistive listening devicesProvide aural rehabilitation, counseling, and patient/family educationManage tinnitus and vestibular disorders as appropriateInterpret diagnostic results and develop individualized treatment plansMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health recordEducate patients on hearing health, prevention, treatment options, and communication strategiesPromote early detection of hearing loss among pediatric and older adult populationsParticipate in community outreach, screenings, and health fairsCollaborate with tribal programs, including elder services, schools, and early childhood programsCoordinate referrals and follow-up care with primary care providers, ENT specialists, nursing, and behavioral health teamsProvide culturally respectful and sensitive careDoctoral Degree in Audiology (Au.D.)Minimum of one (1) year of direct clinical experience as an AudiologistMust complete the credentialing process with the organizationMust pass a pre-employment drug screenMust pass a federal background checkStrong clinical, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively with an interdisciplinary teamProficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health recordsStrong commitment to culturally competent, patient-centered careSchedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PMSetting: Outpatient clinicBenefits: Competitive compensation based on experienceSupportive team environmentOpportunity for professional growth and developmentCommunity-focused healthcare environmentEEO Statement - Tribal Health is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
