## Job Description

We are seeking experienced **Healthcare Experts** to contribute valuable domain knowledge and expertise to an innovative healthcare initiative focused on training next-generation AI systems.

In this role, you will apply your real-world healthcare experience to help evaluate, improve, and provide high-quality input for AI systems. Your expertise will help ensure that AI models understand, reason about, and perform healthcare-related tasks accurately and realistically.

**No prior AI experience is required. Your healthcare domain expertise is what matters most.**

This is a remote contractor opportunity to work with a dynamic project team while contributing to the advancement of technology in the healthcare industry.

## Scope of Work

1. Complete structured tasks involving the navigation and evaluation of healthcare applications such as Epic, MyChart, Meditech, Athena, CoverMyMeds, 3M CodeFinder, HealthEquity, and Lifeline.
2. Apply your knowledge of clinical and healthcare workflows to assess whether AI-generated outputs are accurate, realistic, and aligned with real-world system usage.
3. Provide detailed feedback, annotations, and evaluations according to project guidelines.
4. Collaborate with the project team and consistently meet quality and delivery expectations.

## Preferred Qualifications

1. **2+ years of hands-on experience** in healthcare administration, clinical documentation, medical billing, medical coding, or a related healthcare role.
2. Direct working experience with one or more healthcare systems or platforms such as Epic, Meditech, Athenahealth, MyChart, or CoverMyMeds.
3. Strong understanding of healthcare and clinical workflows, including:

* Patient records
* Billing cycles
* Medical coding
* Prior authorizations
* Clinical documentation
* EHR workflows

1. English proficiency at **B2 level or above**.
2. Reliable internet connection and availability to start immediately.
