About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Campaigns Director to lead the implementation of its omnichannel, research-driven efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various communications campaigns, with a focus on addressing barriers and seizing opportunities to catalyze imagination and action. This role requires a strategic leader who can translate bold strategies into disciplined execution, manage complexity across partners and platforms, and deliver results at scale. The Senior Campaigns Director will work closely with the Communications team to ensure the alignment of issue-focused campaigns and will be instrumental in reaching the organization's ambitious aims over the next five years, including engaging with 10 million people and increasing the belief in the power of everyday people to drive change. Applicants for the Senior Campaigns Director position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in communications and campaigns, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale change and measurable outcomes. The role demands a candidate with strong judgment, a passion for applying rigor to campaign efforts, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. A builder's mindset, experience in managing staff and external resources, and the ability to travel are also required.
