To qualify, you should possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution. A current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Washington is essential, and while CPR certification is preferred, specialized certifications (neurological, geriatric) would certainly be a bonus.
