This is very much a customer satisfaction-driven role — every decision you make should keep the customer experience front and center. It requires strong leadership, multitasking, attention to detail, industry knowledge, and a can-do attitude that keeps projects moving forward no matter what comes up.Competitive salary: $50,000–$60,000, based on experience401K MatchingGas and mileage provided for use of your personal vehicleLaptop and/or tablet, plus all tools needed to be successfulPaid vacation and holidaysPaid training and ongoing developmentFull-time schedule (M–F, occasional weekends)2+ years of experience in flooring installation and/or production management preferredStrong communication skills, both by phone and in personEstablished industry contacts a plusProficient in scheduling, planning, and workflow optimizationTech-savvy (Salesforce, Excel, Outlook, or similar tools)Proactive problem-solver with strong planning skills and a can-do attitudeHighly organized and detail-orientedConfident decision-making abilitiesGenuine passion for delivering an outstanding customer experienceAbility to visit active job sites and warehouse areas, including walking on uneven surfaces and some heavy liftingValid driver's license and proof of insuranceBuild and nurture lasting relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.Keep customers and installers informed with clear, timely updates on project timelines, start dates, and any immediate needs.Lead weekly meetings with sales staff to review new sales and ongoing projects.Proactively source and evaluate installer talent.Oversee relationships with installers and vendors to ensure consistent quality and dependable partnerships.Resolve conflicts, negotiate effectively, and troubleshoot challenges that arise during construction to keep projects on track — with a solutions-first, can-do approach.Organize and oversee product storage for efficient, orderly warehouse operations.Conduct regular job site visits to verify that work meets company standards and customer expectations.Oversee product orders, allocation and manage job costs efficiently.Take before-and-after photos on every project to ensure accountability and quality.Strive for 5-star ratings on every project through exceptional service and strong relationships — this is the heartbeat of the role.Aaron and Kirstin are a dynamic duo deeply rooted in their community as local franchise owners.
