What You'll Do Deliver exceptional customer service and create welcoming experiences for every guest Share flavor stories, offer samples, and help guests discover their next favorite scoop Scoop ice cream, make waffle cones, operate the register, and support daily shop operations Greet guests, answer questions, and help guide the flow of the shop Accurately process transactions and assist with online and delivery orders Prepare products according to recipes and quality standards Restock ice cream, supplies, and retail products throughout the shift Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization standards across the shop Support dishwashing, cleaning, and other operational tasks that keep the shop running smoothly Work collaboratively with teammates to create a positive and supportive environment Qualifications Why You'll Love It Here We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, meaningful benefits, and opportunities to grow.
