What You’ll Do
Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring design excellence and project efficiency.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and consultants to develop innovative solutions.
Produce and oversee construction documents while coordinating with sub-consultants.
Ensure project success by managing budgets, schedules, and client expectations.
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Support business development efforts , helping expand our impact in the industry.
What You Bring
Architectural Degree (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited university.
Licensed Architect with 10+ years of experience managing diverse projects.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu (We are a Revit-first firm).
Strong technical expertise in building envelope design, assemblies, and construction detailing .
Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office or virtual setting.
Willingness to travel to project sites across the country as needed.
LEED certification and experience in sustainable design are a plus!
Experience with community engagement is a bonus.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary of $80,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
