You will make an impact by:Ensuring regulatory obligations, safety requirements, and productivity objectives. Driving continuous improvement projects to decrease environmental impact, improve safety, increase productivity, & reduce cost.Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Process engineering oversight of regenerable ion exchange operations including ion exchange vessels, distillation column, hot oil heater, high pressure reverse osmosis unit, and thin film evaporator. Tasks include:Optimize treatment effectiveness using operations dataConduct process modeling, data analysis, and technical evaluations to improve efficiencyDevelop and maintain standard work and process control procedures for process unitsLead investigation teams as needed including conducting root cause investigationsCollaborate with EHS Laboratory on PFAS analytical dataProvide engineering support to Operations including troubleshooting issues and recommending corrective actions. Must be available outside of traditional work hours to help address equipment issues.Actively participate in and may lead project planning efforts. Suggest changes or future direction as needed.
