Selador International is hiring multiple Customer Engagement Representatives to connect with members of the public at events and busy locations throughout Baton Rouge.

Instead of answering phones or working a register, you’ll be out in the community, speaking with people face-to-face, answering their questions, and helping them get involved with charitable campaigns that make a real difference.

Baton Rouge is known for its friendly, welcoming spirit, and that’s exactly what this role is all about. You’ll bring that same Southern hospitality to every conversation, while building valuable communication and customer experience skills alongside a supportive team.

No previous experience is required. Full training is provided, and several positions are available for immediate start.

What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are exactly the same.

One day you might be welcoming people at a busy community event, while the next you’re representing a campaign at a popular public location. Wherever you are, your role is to create positive first impressions, listen to people, answer their questions, and help them understand how they can support worthwhile causes.

You’ll be the friendly, approachable point of contact for everyone you meet, making sure each person walks away with a great experience. Along the way, you’ll develop strong communication, problem-solving, and customer engagement skills that carry into any future career.

You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues, receive ongoing coaching, and gain first-hand experience in delivering outstanding customer experiences in a live setting.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and engaging members of the public at events and high-traffic locations across Baton Rouge
• Creating warm, welcoming interactions that leave a positive impression
• Answering questions and sharing campaign information clearly and accurately
• Listening to people’s interests and helping them find the best way to get involved
• Guiding supporters through the sign-up process with care and professionalism
• Supporting event setup and day-to-day campaign activities
• Working alongside your team to deliver an excellent experience at every event
• Participating in ongoing coaching and professional development
