Shop Manager
Black Optix Tint is an upscale option for window tinting and auto styling. We make the process easy, deliver high-quality work, and genuinely care about the customer experienceso first-time customers become long-term customers.
Were hiring a Shop Manager to lead day-to-day shop operations and keep quality, production, and customer experience consistent. Youll coach the team, own workflow and scheduling, and help the shop run smoothly while supporting production when needed.

Qualifications

Leadership or management experience in a service environment
Strong organization and ability to run a fast-paced workflow
Quality-focused with high standards and attention to detail
Comfortable using software for scheduling, reporting, and CRM
Able to support shop operations physically when needed

Responsibilities

Lead, train, and develop the shop team
Own daily operations: scheduling, workflow, open/close
Maintain a great customer experience from start to finish
Manage quality control with pre/post vehicle inspections
Jump in to support production when needed to hit timelines
Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination
Handle payroll tasks and basic admin processes
Track KPIs and report performance to ownership
