Your involvement will last throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, maintenance of the product or product line. For commercial products, it also includes commercialization, go-to-market planning, sales, and other key business support activities. Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. The Opportunity As part of the Strategic Change and Transformation team you will support a large enterprise software implementation, driving execution discipline and maintaining program controls. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain elevated standards while building meaningful client connections and navigating increasingly complex situations. Responsibilities - Analyze and resolve complex issues while maintaining program controls - Mentor junior team members and promote exemplary standards of work - Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders - Oversee program reporting, risk management, and financial tracking - Work with leadership to align project objectives with strategic goals - Foster an environment of continuous improvement and open communication What You Must Have - Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Organizational Behavior Studies, Business Administration/Management - At least 3 years of experience supporting large transformations, software implementation, PMO, or program management initiatives What Sets You Apart - Demonstrating ownership in complex, fast-paced environments - Applying advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint - Managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines - Supporting enterprise SaaS, ERP, or digital platform implementations - Gaining exposure to release management and cutover planning - Anticipating leadership needs with structured insights - Managing stakeholder relationships with senior leaders - Working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery environments Travel Requirements Up to 20% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
