Seville Care Center is urgently seeking dedicated CNAs to join our small, supportive team providing exceptional patient care on the day shift. As a CNA at our facility, you will work closely with a team of 1-5 CNAs and report directly to the Charge Nurse. This role involves delivering compassionate care and supporting patients’ daily needs during 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends. Pay is competitive and commensurate with experience, and candidates must hold an active CNA license in Missouri.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including hygiene assistance and mobility support
- Monitor and record vital signs accurately
- Maintain infection control and safety protocols
- Document patient information and communicate effectively with healthcare team
- Participate in shift reporting and team collaboration
- Respond promptly to emergency situations
- Support a safe and comfortable environment for patients
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in patient care
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active CNA license in Missouri
- Skills in patient care, vital signs monitoring, and infection control
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication, time management, and teamwork abilities
- Demonstrated compassion and dedication to patient wellbeing
