Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Requirements Masters degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited college or university Successful completion of the Clinical Fellowship year, CCC‑SLP License to practice Speech‑Language Pathology in the state of Texas Experience in pediatrics required Home health experience preferred Bilingual in Spanish a plus Must carry valid auto insurance and drivers license. Responsibilities Provide skilled speech therapy services in the home or daytime facility of patients 0‑21 years of age, 2 or more times per week, in accordance with physician orders Define patients degree and type of speech, language, voice, oral‑motor, swallowing, feeding, auditory processing, and/or fluency impairment(s) by selecting and administering the most appropriate testing instruments Interpret diagnostic data and prepare written diagnostic reports In collaboration with the multi‑disciplinary team, plan and evaluate team goals for each patient as well as advise, consult, and instruct team in specific speech therapy modalities and interventions Plan for and modify care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions Educate staff, caregivers, and patients by designing and delivering training, printed material/resources and in‑service programs in accordance with a total speech therapy program May provide supervision to Clinical Fellows of Speech Pathology and/or Speech‑Language Pathology Assistants if you possess three or more years of experience Benefits Full‑Time Benefits Comprehensive medical/vision/dental CEU Reimbursement Professional License Renewal Reimbursement Material Reimbursement PTO (Paid Time Off) Voluntary Benefits Bonus Opportunities Tablet/Phone 401K Employer Match Part‑time Benefits Material Reimbursement CEU Reimbursement Bonus Opportunities Tablet/Phone 401k Employer Match Most importantly, the opportunity to work for a company that puts their employee's first! #J-18808-Ljbffr
