Job Responsibilities Ensures a proper supply of clean dishes, utensils, and glassware to stock the dining areas and set tables Ensures a proper supply of clean pots, pans, and cooking/serving utensils are available for kitchen staff Cleans work areas and all equipment used in food preparation Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices May help with light prep work Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements Willingness to work quickly and follow instructions Knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays according to business needs Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to staying until tasks are fully completed Physical Requirements Able to bend, kneel, squat, and stand for extended period of time Ability to lift, carry and manipulate various items weighing up to 50 pounds Block 22, LLC is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to its full-time employees.
