Accounts Receivable Specialist

Salary: $60,000 $75,000

Responsibilities:

Oversee accounts receivable activities including invoicing, cash application, collections, and account reconciliations

Review aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding customer balances

Investigate and resolve billing issues and account discrepancies

Maintain accurate customer records and supporting documentation

Assist with month-end close and reporting related to receivables

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Qualifications:

3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience

Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills

Ability to prioritize workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
