The nurse assumes leadership responsibilities at the unit level and demonstrates a mastery of clinical skills related to patient’s mental health and physical health needs. Qualifications Job Requirements: Current license to practice nursing in Arizona or compact privileges. Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric setting, preferably an Outpatient PHP or IOP facility. Must have or be able to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
