Starting pay is based on age, availability, and experience. From day one, you will have the opportunity to earn raises through our performance-based evaluation system.
Team members who demonstrate a strong work ethic, teamwork, and the ability to perform at a high level can earn increases quicklyoften within their first 3060 days.

Chick-fil-A Team Member (Front of House or Kitchen)
Top team members earn up to $19+/hour

Starting pay is based on availability, experience, position, and performance.
Front-of-house typically starts at $1316/hour, depending on experience and availability.
Kitchen typically starts at $15+/hour, pay moves to $17/hour after 4-6 weeks of training are complete.

Team Member Responsibilities
Depending on your position, responsibilities may include:
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Preparing and serving high-quality food safely and efficiently
- Working in fast-paced front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen operations
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Communicating effectively with guests and teammates
- Following Chick-fil-A food safety and operational standards
- Stocking inventory and completing opening or closing duties
- Learning multiple workstations and supporting wherever needed
- Representing the vision, culture, and values of the restaurant
