Warehouse Administrator
Location: Ocala, FL
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and organized Administrator to join a busy office and warehouse team in Ocala. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of administrative responsibilities, provides exceptional customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities
- Process and organize incoming paperwork related to equipment and units.
- Enter data accurately for completed quality control inspections.
- Send estimates to customers and follow up on pending approvals.
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide outstanding customer service.
- Coordinate with management and corporate staff by providing requested information.
- Scan and submit required documentation to the corporate office.
- Prepare paperwork and route deliveries to drivers.
- Contact customers to confirm delivery schedules and ensure their needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records by updating serial numbers, models, and warranty information.
- Assist with shipping, packaging, and receiving duties as needed.
- Support warehouse operations by helping clean and prepare incoming and completed units.
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative, office support, or office management experience preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Experience with shipping and receiving is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with coworkers and management.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to assist both office and warehouse operations when needed.
